Short maceration (skin contact) followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 19 to 22ºC. Vinification in stainless steel, with at least 10 months on the lees and then at least another 12 months of bottle ageing.
Golden colour. Very pronounced fruit aromas of pineapple and gooseberry. Powerful, firm structure, fruit and minerality on the palate. Well balanced with a long finish.
Limestone and clay soils.
