Then gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, with transfer to stainless steel (where the wine underwent malolactic fermentation). Maturation for 18 months in first-use Burgundian oak barrels as well as a further 12 months' ageing in bottle before release.
Dunkles Rubinrot, in der Nase Aromen von getrockneten Früchten, reifen Kirschen und Gewürzen. Im Gaumen viel dunkle Frucht, dicht und sehr elegant, die kräftige Säure verleiht diesem Malbec die notwendige Frische. Finessenreiches Finale.
