Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation – and partial malolactic fermentation – in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Then bottling.
Straw-yellow with green reflections. Fruity aromas of pear and apple on the nose. Soft, refined and elegant on the palate. Deliciously refreshing, with lovely acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
Fruit from various wineries in the municipalities of Caldaro and Appiano, grown at elevations of between 400 and 500 metres. The vines enjoy a south-easterly and south-westerly aspect on calcareous moraine debris.
