All of Julian Huber's wines, both red and white, are fermented dry as result of spending an extending period on their lees.
Bright and fruity on the nose, with subtle floral notes and a hint of minerality. Very delicately structured on the palate, with great finesse and elegance.
Julian Huber's main red variety is Pinot Noir, while his main white grapes are Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay followed by Pinot Gris and Auxerrois. His Chardonnay and Auxerrois vines are already over 40 years old. Apart from taking advantage of excellent soils and climatic conditions, Huber also achieves high quality through low yields.
