Careful selection of hand-picked grapes. Destemming followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation and further maturation in top-quality vessels made from Pfalz and French oak.
Complex and minerally with yellow fruit on the nose. Full of character on the palate, with elegance, effortless minerality and a spicy finish. A world-class Pinot Blanc.
Grown near Schweigen on the Alsace side of the Franco-German border. The subsoil consists of weathered limestone under a topsoil of loam and clay. From vines aged over 30 years.
