Relatively late harvest. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation (without malolactic fermentation). Maturation on the fine lees until June of the following year, before bottling and subsequent release.
Pale straw-yellow. Pure on the nose, with stone fruit, almonds and wild flowers. Precise on the palate, with great balance, grip, subtle salinity and a long finish.
Loamy, stony soils.
