Maceration (skin contact) for seven days at a controlled temperature. Rested for three months in stainless steel for optimum stabilisation.
Shimmering straw-yellow colour, with an intense nose of citrus and mediterranean notes. Fresh, fruity and minerally on the palate, with yellow fruit and flowers. This white wine is dedicated to Bianca, the wife of Don Tommaso Schiavoni (who introduced Primitivo to Manduria).
Grown on loamy and sandy soils with iron content.
