Manual harvest early in the morning, involving two to four passes depending on the vintage. Maturation in 350-litre barrels. Bottled unfiltered after 22 months. Production: between 1'700 and 3'500 bottles.
Gold colour, with vanilla, white blossom and yellow fruit on the nose. This is a stylish, expressive Roussanne. Silky and concentrated on the palate, marrying structure with delicate candied fruit notes. An exceptional white wine.
