Selective manual harvest. Destemming then temperature-controlled fermentation on the skins for 14 days. Subsequent maturation and storage in new oak barrels.

This Pinot has an intense nose of ripe cherry with subtle smoky notes. Fresh and tight on the palate, with good intensity and length.

A blend of the best Pinot Noir grapes from various steep vineyards overlooking Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Dernau and Rech.
