Character
Lime and a range of exotic fruits on the nose. These aromas also emerge as flavours on the palate. Full-bodied and succulent with sensational minerality.
Winemaking
Selectively hand-picked grapes. Gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation on the fine lees before bottling in the spring.
Terroir
Sourced from vines that grow in Les Seilles – a walled granite-terraced vineyard that benefits from a south-south-easterly aspect with optimum exposure to sunlight.
